Mary Jo Franze

I started Alongside Care with a vision to make in-home care truly personal. I believe care should feel like family—taking the time to understand each client, carefully matching them with the right caregiver, and always making introductions in person. My goal is simple: to help people age with dignity, independence, and peace of mind.

Vic Steele

As a veteran, former Orange Police Detective, and now real estate broker of 20 years, service has always been at the heart of my life. At Alongside Care, I bring that same commitment to trust, communication, and putting people first. For me, this work is about making sure families feel supported and cared for—just as I would want for my own.
